To the brothers responsible for irrigation in the regions of Wilayat Halab

1. The reduction in the water level has come about as a result of the fact that the thermal plant has stopped operating, and we will do everything we can to improve the situation. We ask you to cooperate with us through organising the system, disciplining those who violate the rules, and delivering water to all people as far as possible.

2. Our work is for God alone, and we do not care about individuals, however much they try to spot the project’s mistakes and individual mistakes for a specific end, whether it is a desire to take responsibility for the project or some other objective. It should be noted that the obligation on them is to advise if they see a specific mistake, not to indulge in complaints, the courts and currying favour with the walis because of a sickness in their souls.

3. It is currently forbidden to impose a fine by order of the wali, until the situation is considered with the brother.

4. We urge the brothers to intensify the work of the oversight committees night and day, discipline those who contravene the rules, and organise the system among the farmers. We ask God to make the matter easy for us.

5. Refer a complete list of the repairs requested from the general administration for channels as soon as possible in every region.

6. We are working to secure all the engineering machines for the project, and some of them have been secured, and the rest will soon be secured, if God wills.

7. We urge the brothers to go to the amirs of their areas who are present and inform them to refer complaints about irrigation to the place of the administration.

8. The brother Abu Mudhar is the irrigation official in the general framework, so please help him to regulate the project and coordinate with him in everything. please take instructions from him.

9. We inform you that we have received consent from the general administrative brother to buy all we need for the project as soon as possible. May God reward him all the best on our behalf, and the machines’ crisis will be resolved soon, God willing.

And God is the one behind the intention.

To the farmer brothers, please beware of buying and using NP fertilisers and be sure it is still effective before purchase, because the fertilisers of this type present in the market are mostly from the leftovers of the factories. Note that we in the Diwan will offer NP fertilisers that are actually effective.
