I am [redacted]. I am 28 years old. I migrated to the Islamic State two and a half years ago as part of the Muslim masses and I did not give allegiance. I was working in Wilayat al-Jazira as a Qur’an teacher and came to Wilayat al-Raqqa two months ago. I need help to employ me so as to obtain a salary as I am married and have daughters, and I have no house, as I live with one of the brothers.

We ask God Almighty to protect you and your soldiers from every evil and to grant you His help and to aid you with soldiers from among His soldiers, and make you a spear-tip in the chests of the apostates and a thorn in their sides. Amen. As for what follows:

We ask you to agree to transfer the brother ‘Abu Muhammad Latuf’ from the Wilayat Halab Security Centre for the interest of the Diwan al-Amn al-Aam, as we are in need of him.
