To the dear brothers: Diwan al-Amn al-Aam (may God protect them).
We ask God- Almighty and Exalted is He- that this letter of ours should find you in the best state of health and wellness, and that God should make you part of what serves His religion, and that he should make Islam and Muslims benefit through you.
In response to your letter, dear brothers, (no. 303) dated 2 Safr 1438 AH and containing the following: “Agreement to transfer the brother ‘Abu Muhammad Latuf’ from the Wilayat Halab security centre”; we inform you that the brother is not present and does not work in the security centre.
