To the brothers- inhabitants of the village of Tel al-Hawa in the al-Ra’i area- we inform you that it is not allowed to go near the electrical transformers in the village under penalty of accountability and referral to the Islamic court. If any malfunction occurs, the Public Services Centre in al-Ra’i is to be informed. May God reward you best.
